In this course you will explore how to use Visual Basic 6.0 to develop Windows applications. This lesson provides concepts such as terminology, an introduction to the Visual Basic controls, statements and functions, and scope and lifetime of variables.
Course Outcome
After completing Visual Basic Programming students will be equipped with a basic understanding of the following:
- Use structured programming techniques
- Develop correct executable programs
- Create appropriate documentation
- Create applicable graphical user interfaces.
This course is an intended for students, professionals, and marketing people interested in learning how to program using Visual Basic. Prior use of Windows applications and some programming experience helpful, but not required.
Students will be assigned 5 homework assignments, and a final project for each course.
